The ministry of Habitat could not continue without the generous support of donors like you.

It is your tax-deductible contributions that make it possible for us to offer 20-year mortgages at no interest to families in need. These families, who normally could not purchase a home of their own, need only make modest monthly payments.

As they make these payments the money goes into other houses. Thereby, your donation continues to benefit Habitat and families in need year after year.

In Kind Donations

The donations of items needed to fulfill our mission are welcomed. These may include new building materials appropriate for our houses. Contact the Executive Director or the Construction Committee chair to learn about the items needed for houses. New and used building materials are needed for our HomeMart. Office supplies are also needed, such as copy paper and computer ink.

HomeMart

The HomeMart sells donated items to fund the ministry of Habitat. Items may include building materials, appliances, furniture, office furnishings and home décor. Items not wanted are clothes, open containers or medical supplies. See the HomeMart page for an expanded list of needs.

Sponsorship

Churches, businesses and other groups may want to sponsor all or a part of a house. The cost of sponsoring a home is $45,000-50,000. You may also co-sponsor a house for half that amount.

Workplace

It is our hope that businesses will begin to offer employees the option of making donations on a regular basis through payroll deductions. Some of these businesses may match the donations of their employees.
